About
Love That Fits is an 8-week, self-paced journey for queer women who are tired of repeating painful patterns in love and ready to come home to themselves. If you’ve found yourself over-giving, chasing emotional unavailability, ignoring red flags, or losing your voice in relationships, this program will help you understand why—and show you how to change it. Together we’ll move from betrayal (by others and by self) to inner authority: the grounded, self-trusting place where your needs matter, your boundaries are clear, and your choices come from worthiness—not fear. Blending psychology, trauma-informed coaching, and queer-affirming wisdom, you’ll learn to recognize your attachment and “love addiction” patterns, soothe your nervous system, and build the skills for secure, nourishing connection. Over 8 weeks you’ll: • Identify the core wounds and beliefs driving your relationship cycles • Spot your triggers and learn tools to regulate anxiety, longing, and obsession • Practice boundaries that protect your heart without shutting it down • Reclaim your voice, desires, and standards—without guilt or shame • Heal the parts of you that equate love with proving, performing, or rescuing • Strengthen self-trust so you can choose partners who can truly meet you Each week includes guided lessons, reflective prompts, and practical exercises you can apply immediately in dating, partnership, or post-breakup recovery. You’ll be invited to move at your own pace while staying connected to a clear weekly structure. This program is for you if you’re ready to stop abandoning yourself for love—and start building a relationship with you that becomes the foundation for every relationship you choose. By the end, you won’t just “know better.” You’ll feel the difference: calmer in your body, clearer in your decisions, and more anchored in the kind of love that fits—because it starts with you.
